In the 1-ON-1 coaching, are warm ups included?

Yes! You'll have access to the general Polar Bear Programming warm-up in addition to a specific warm-up based on your initial assessment with your coach. The warm-ups are specific to you, not the workout. If you have heavy deadlifts to do, for example, you’re expected to start lighter and build your way up

Am I picking my coach or will one be assigned to me?

Good question! Your coach will be assigned to you based on your goals and the coaches own specialties & preferences. Your preferred coach's schedule might be full, therefore, you'll be asked to work with someone else or get on the waiting list.

I don't have access to a gym, could I still benefit from a program?

Good news! We have an Core/ABS at-home program that requires no equipment or experience!

I compete in another sport, are you guys CrossFit only?

Our programs are focused on CrossFit, core and weightlifting. We aren't certified in sports performance and sport science, however, we have a coach that has the expertise and knowledge to help you improve specific aspects of your athletic condition.

How do I get started with a 1-ON-1 remote coach?

On which day of the week are the programs released?

The programs and the video tips are sent every Sunday night. The 1-ON-1 program might change according to the specific needs of the athlete, daily programming could be implemented based on feedback.

I am an aspiring Sanctional athlete, can you help me get there?

Absolutely, you'll be matched with a specific coach who will work with you towards that common goal you're sharing! One of our coaches is a CrossFit Games athlete and knows a lot about the sport of competitive CrossFit, going from periodization to competition preparation and movement efficiency, he'll help you reach that level of fitness you're aspiring to.

What if I get injured doing the program?

While we hope it won't happen to you, injuries can occur when performing high-intensity exercises. The great thing about 1-on-1 coaching is that the training is tailored to YOU! We'll make sure to work around injuries and won't let an injury keep you away from reaching your goal. Your assigned coach will do everything to get you back on your feet by giving you accessory work based on your needs. Additionally, we also work closely with a remote physiotherapist that can give you a full assessment and adjust your prehab/rehab exercise according to it.

How do I cancel my membership?

Programs are a monthly recurring membership, the payment is processed on the same date every month. There's no yearly contract, which means you're free to cancel at any time. If you want to cancel, simply head to your user account and click cancel membership or e-mail us and we'll process the request.
